We collect this data to make sure we know who you are, if you are trustworthy and also so we can contact you if we need to.
This data is kept in secure files that can only be accessed by the DSO, DDSO and SOCFI or a VATSIM third party (eg. Director of special operations) only for legitimate reasons.

We keep your information for the duration of your time in our vSOA
After leaving your information is kept for a maximum of 6 months. If your data is not deleted or proof is not sent then contact us as soon as possible.
